Do you purchase the alcohol?

No, the event organizer provides the alcohol. This allows you to choose exactly what you love while saving on retail markups! We provide top-notch bartending service, all necessary bar tools, and professional advice. We would be thrilled to assist you in calculating precise alcohol quantities and suggesting spirits for your signature cocktails.

What permits do I need?

For most events where alcohol is served outside of a private residence or licensed venue, the organizer will need a Special Occasion Permit (SOP). Don’t worry; navigating Ontario’s liquor laws shouldn’t be your headache. You can find full details at agco.ca, and we are happy to guide you through the process.

 

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date in our calendar. This ensures our team is exclusively dedicated to your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept E-Transfer, Credit Card, and Cash.

 

Can we use glassware instead of plastic cups?

Absolutely! Glassware adds a sophisticated touch to any event. We can facilitate the rental, pickup, and return of glassware for you.

• The Service Component: To maintain a seamless and elegant atmosphere, glassware service requires an additional Bar Back / Support Staff member. This dedicated team member manages the glass rotation, clearing, and crate organization, allowing your bartender to focus entirely on serving your guests

• Pro-Tip: If your venue lacks a high-volume washing station, we recommend renting 2–3x your guest count to ensure every drink is served in a fresh glass. Let us know if you’d like a glassware quote included in your proposal.

Can you provide more than just bartenders?

Yes! We offer a full suite of event support including Professional Servers, Kitchen Assistants, and a Post-Event Reset Crew. Whether you need help with buffet management or want to ensure the venue is spotless at the end of the night, our coordinated team has you covered.
